A Lubbock grand jury has indicted a man accused of causing a deadly crash in May.
Ehvan Reyna, 20, is charged with manslaughter blamed for the death of June Linker, 84. He was arrested in early July by Lubbock police and U.S. Marshals.
Investigators say Linker was turning at 87th and University when Reyna slammed into her car. The collision forced Linker's car into a utility pole, killing her.
If convicted for her death, Reyna faces up to 20 years in prison.
