THIS AFTERNOON: We've had a lot of clouds across the South Plains. But the good coverage of showers and storms is farther north in the Panhandle, along a front. Here is FOX34 VIPIR:
THIS EVENING: Some of these storms will move southeast into our area. And the good news, these are slow-movers, so they will produce some heavy rain. Coverage won't be great.
TONIGHT: Slight chance for a shower or storm, low in the lower 70s. Wind SE/NE 5-15mph.
TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and seasonably warm, high near 93. Wind NE/S 5-15mph. Slight chance for a shower or storm late afternoon into the evening.
LOOKING AHEAD: It'll trend warmer with less of a chance for storms Wednesday and Thursday. After that we'll introduce a slight chance for storms late this week into the weekend. Then it'll probably climb back to the mid 90s heading into next week.
Have a great rest of your day. Robert will have an updated check of the forecast early tomorrow.
