Like we've seen the past few days, some more showers and storms have developed across our area. Each one is small and is moving slowly. Here is current FOX34 VIPIR:
These will kick the wind up some and the storms, obviously, have lightning. But the severe risk is low.
TONIGHT: Slight chance for a shower, low near 72.
TOMORROW: Nearly a repeat of today. High near 92, wind S/SE 5-15mph. A few storms are expected in the area by the afternoon. Rain chance at any more location is 20%.
WEEKEND: It'll be slightly warmer with more sun. While an isolated storm is possible, the rain chance is lower.
NEXT WEEK: We'll re-introduce a slight chance for storms each day the first half of the week. Longer-range guidance is pointing to hotter days late next week into the following weekend.
GULF DEVELOPMENTS: Tropical depression eight has formed in the Central Gulf. The National Hurricane Center forecast carries it westward, with landfall Saturday afternoon. It'll bring some good soaking rain to South and parts of Central Texas. Flooding is a possibility in some spots down that way.
Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have a full update to the forecast here early tomorrow.
