THIS AFTERNOON: There are a few showers and storms in the area, slowly moving from SW to NE. Here is FOX34 VIPIR:
The coverage of storms will stay low. But if you get one, it'll bring a brief downpour and some gusty wind. The coverage of storms will fade later this evening.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, low near 69. Wind E/SE 5-12mph.
TOMORROW: Hot and partly cloudy, high near 95. Wind SE 5-15mph. A few isolated storms are possible in the area late tomorrow. The coverage will probably be even lower than today.
WEEKEND: It'll be hot on the Fourth and Sunday, mid to upper 90s. And again there is a low chance for a late-day storm.
NEXT WEEK: The center of the high pressure ridge that's over the Desert Southwest will likely edge eastward, toward our region. This means the low chance for storms will likely drop even lower and it'll turn hotter, back near 100 by the middle of next week.
Have a great rest of your day. Robert will have a full update to the forecast posted here tomorrow morning.
