Catholic Charities will be hosting a week long “A Time to Remember 2020” in replacement of their annual fundraiser that they are not able to have due to COVID19. CRAFTS IN AN INSTANT: PLAY DOUGH
This event begins at 2pm. Your Instapot can do more than make delicious food! Join us for a weekly video of how to use your Instapot for crafts with Miss Tiffany from Mahon. This week we are going to make play dough. Don't forget to look for the secret code to receive a fun virtual badge in the Read squared app.
Lubbock Parks and Recreation will be opening Mae Simmons and Montelongo’s swimming pools on Friday. Pools will be open 1:00pm – 6:00pm Tuesday through Sunday. Capacity will be limited and admission is on a first come first served basis.

The Texas VFW 2466 is calling for entries for their art contest “Honoring the Sacrifice” This contest is for students K-12. The student should create art that captures the sacrifice in response to COVID-19. Visit the link below to enter.
