Free office furniture and equipment from Metro Tower Lofts project available to non-profits

LUBBOCK, Texas -

Lubbock-area non-profits are invited to come and take office equipment emptied from Lubbock’s Metro Tower Lofts at 1220 Broadway on Monday, June 22 at 9 a.m.

A number of non-profits took desks, chairs, filing cabinets and more in May, but more is available as workers continue to clean out the building. The project will create affordable housing in downtown Lubbock.

“They didn’t get it all cleaned out by the time it was offered in May, so non-profits that didn’t get a chance to come by are welcome, or those who did and can use more are welcome to come back,” Alison Blalock, of WestMark Commercial/TCN Worldwide, said. Blalock completed the building’s sale.
