Sunday: Lubbock at 692 COVID-19 cases; 171 active, 471 recovered, 50 deaths

LUBBOCK -

One more case of COVID-19 was confirmed among Lubbock County residents Sunday. This brings the total to 692 cases. Of those, 171 are listed as active, 471 are recovered.

The Lubbock County death toll attributed to COVID-19 remains at 50 people, where it has been for nearly three weeks.

There have been 18,170 COVID-19 tests performed in Lubbock. Of these, 954 returned a positive, with 451 results outstanding. This is a positive rate of less than 5.3 percent, a rate that has steadily dropped for several weeks.
