According to Sportando, Texas Tech guard Davide Moretti will forego his senior season and turn pro. He's signing a two-year deal with Olimpia Milano, an Italian club. Moretti grew up in Bologna, Italy and was a key piece for the Red Raiders' past three successful seasons which included trips to the Elite Eight and national championship game.

Moretti was second in scoring for the Red Raiders last season (13 PPG) behind only Jahmi'us Ramsey, who declared for the NBA Draft a few weeks ago. Ramsey is maintaining his eligibility and may return for his sophomore season, although his return is unlikely since ESPN projects him as a first-round pick. If that's the case, Chris Beard's roster has two open spots.

Here's what the 2020-21 team is looking like right now:

Marcus Santos-Silva

Jamarius Burton

Terrence Shannon Jr.

Nimari Burnett

Chibuzo Agbo

Micah Peavy

Kyler Edwards

Esahia Nyiwe

Kevin McCullar

Tyreek Smith

Joel Ntambwe

Avery Benson

Clarence Nadolny

Georgetown guard Mac McClung is leaving the program and listed Texas Tech in his top 7 potential destinations. Jonathan Kuminga, the half-brother of Tech forward Joel Ntambwe and No. 1 ESPN 2021 recruit listed Texas Tech in his top 5 on Friday. There are reports that he may reclassify to the 2020 class and be eligible next year.
