Friday: Lubbock at 656 COVID-19 cases; 167 active; 439 recoveries and 50 deaths

LUBBOCK, Texas -

Six new COVID-19 cases were reported among Lubbock County residents Friday, bringing the total case count to 656. 16 more people are listed as recovered, with the number of recoveries rising steadily.

There are currently 167 active cases. Of those who were tested and received a positive, 439 are listed as recovered. The death toll remains at 50 people.
