Wednesday: Lubbock at 607 cases; 222 active; 335 recoveries and 50 deaths

LUBBOCK, Texas -

The City of Lubbock health department reported two additional cases of the novel coronavirus and seven more recoveries among the county's residents Wednesday. This brings the total case count to 607. Of those who were tested and received a positive, 222 cases are considered active and 335 listed as recovered.

The total number of people whose death is attributed to COVID-19 is 50.
