FOX34 Corner Kitchen: berries with mascarpone dips

Berries w/ Mascarpone Dips


· 1 lb. strawberries, chopped

· 6 oz. raspberries

· 6 oz. blueberries

Yogurt Mascarpone

· 1/2 cup mascarpone (4 oz.), softened

· 1/4 cup Greek Vanilla, Caramel Mocha or flavor of choice

Honey Ricotta Mascarpone

· ½ cup mascarpone

· ½ cup ricotta cheese

· 1-2 tablespoons raw honey


· Optional: Juice and/or Zest from one lemon, granola, Beehive Bakery Bread, walnuts or pecans


1. Add all of the fruit to a large bowl.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the dip of your choice.

3. To serve: you can serve either of these as dips, build parfaits with ingredients of choice, or spread on toast and top with fruit and nuts.
