Thursday: Lubbock at 535 COVID-19 cases; 268 active; 224 recoveries and 43 deaths

LUBBOCK, Texas -

The City of Lubbock confirmed 19 additional COVID-19 cases among the county's residents Thursday. No new deaths were reported.

The total number of cases is 535. Of those people who were tested and received a positive: 268 are active cases, 224 are recovered and 43 people have died.

Through its investigations into the positive COVID-19 cases, the health department has identified Burger King as 7006 University Ave. as a possible community exposure site.
