Saturday: Lubbock has 497 COVID-19 cases; 291 active; 166 recoveries and 40 deaths
LUBBOCK, Texas -
There were three additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported among Lubbock County residents Saturday, bringing the total to 497. Of this total of people who were tested and received a positive, 291 are active cases and 166 are recovered.
No additional deaths related to COVID-19 were reported Friday, with 40 deaths total within the county.
The Health Department reported Friday Walgreens at 3404 Indiana Avenue and Family Dollar at 106 North University Avenue as possible community exposure sites.
