138 COVID-19 cases in Lubbock; 4 deaths; 20 recoveries

LUBBOCK, Texas -

21 additional COVID-19 cases were confirmed among Lubbock residents Friday, bringing the case total to 138 with four deaths.

The City of Lubbock Health Department lists of the people who were tested and received a positive, 20 have recovered and completed quarantine.

The health department confirmed nine cases Thursday, with new additional cases being identified each day. In response, Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope extended Lubbock's stay-at-home order through April 30.
