Banana Orange Smoothie
· 4 oranges
· 2 bananas
· 2 containers (5.3 oz.) Greek vanilla yogurt
· ¼ cup milk (any milk will work)
· 4 pint sized Ball jars (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to your blender; place lid on blender jar and blend until smooth.
2. Divide into 4 glasses for immediate consumption. Or, to save for later, divide into 4 pint sized jars and freeze. Thaw in fridge for a 2-4 hours then enjoy!
