1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt ghee or butter. Add cabbage (salt and pepper to taste if desired); saute until caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Place four slices of bread on a baking sheet. Divide corned beef over slices. Top each one with a slice of cheese, 1 teaspoon dressing, and some cabbage. Place under broiler until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with remaining slices of bread. Place back in oven for a few minutes, until bread has toasted slightly.
