Caramelized Banana Oatmeal
· O Organics Oats & Flax Oatmeal (8 pack)
· 1 teaspoon Ghee or butter
· 1 tablespoon maple syrup
· 2 bananas, sliced
· 1 cup O Organics Frozen Wild Blueberries
· 1 cup frozen pomegranate arils (seeds)
· 4 teaspoons chia seeds
· 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1. Cook 4 packs of oatmeal, according to package directions (one packet per bowl).
2. Place a medium skillet over medium heat; add ghee to skillet to melt. Add bananas and maple syrup. Cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown; flip banana slices and cook additional two minutes.
3. Divide bananas, remaining fruit, chia seeds and cinnamon among 4 bowls of cooked oatmeal. Stir and enjoy immediately!
