THIS AFTERNOON: It's warmed nicely across the area, with 70s for most locations, including upper 70s to the southeast around Snyder.
TONIGHT: Clear and relatively mild, low near 42. Wind SW/W 10-15mph.
TOMORROW: Warm again, high near 73, sunny. Breezy wind, W/NW 12-22mph.
COLD AGAIN: A cold front will move through late Monday, though the stronger push of cold air will arrive Tuesday night. Tuesday will likely stay in the 40s, with more clouds. Then Wednesday and Thursday should only make the lower 30s.
We've been watching an approaching upper-level storm system for several days now. Computer guidance still isn't too bullish on the chance for precipitation. For now we have a slight chance for rain Wednesday, then a slight chance for a light wintry mix Wednesday night into Thursday.
It is still possible we'll get some showers mid-week, it's just not a great chance at this point.
The high temp will climb back closer to average by the weekend. Another storm system will move across the region. Right now we're showing an increase in clouds, but there might be some rain by the weekend.
Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have a full update to the forecast here early tomorrow.
