Look Around Lubbock: 80/20 campaign at Market Street

Whether you want to lose weight or just eat healthier, Market Street has a new campaign of 80/20 in 2020. The 80/20 lifestyle is 80 percent healthy eating and 20 percent indulgences. It is a lifestyle and a way to refresh your current dietary habits and learn to incorporate the foods you love. Unit Supermarkets is holding an "Eat Well, Live Well" Expo on Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12 from 11 to 5 at all of the Market Street stores. There will be samples, meal ideas and recipes that can be easily used for the 80/20 rule.
