Another clear sky with cold temperatures to start the day.
TODAY: Sunny and cool with the high near 53, west wind turning southwest and staying light 5-15mph.
TONIGHT: Clear and cold again with lows (a little warmer) near 23.
THURSDAY: A disturbance will move over the area and for us it will bring some high clouds. Unfortunately, we are to dry for any precipitation. Highs will drop a few degrees nearing 50, southwest wind will increase for a light breeze 10-18mph.
WEEKEND: The first day of Winter is Saturday and a ridge of high pressure move over the region leading to a nice warm up. Highs climb to the 60s with lots of sunshine.
NEXT WEEK: Temperatures stay above freezing so no chance for a White Christmas, but models are hinting the possibility of some rain. Still a lot of details for models to work out in the coming days, so stay tuned.
Happy Wednesday! Matt will have the next forecast update tonight on the News at Nine.
