WOLFFORTH, Texas -

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a man accused of robbing a Wolfforth convenience store back in July.

Nathaniel Hodgson, 38, is charged with aggravated robbery.

Wolfforth police responded to the Valero near Downden Rd. and Hwy 62/82. A store clerk told police Hodgson walked into the store, reached into his waist line and pulled out a handgun. The employee told investigators Hodgson pointed the gun at her face and demanded she give him the money from the register.

According to a police report, that's when she opened the register, placed the money on the counter and Hodgson picked it up. Hodgson was seen leaving the store on a black motorcycle by employees.

He stole more than $200. He's held on a $50,000.
