HOCKLEY COUNTY, Texas -

A suspect in a murder case out of Abilene was sentenced to life in prison for an unrelated drug charge Tuesday.

Ricky Don Henderson, 58, is also a person of interest in his own wife's disappearance out of Hockley County back in 1993.

Henderson pleaded guilty Tuesday in Hockley County to giving drugs to a child. The judge sentenced him to 20 years in prison.

Henderson's also facing prison time on a parole revocation from 2007, as well as a 25 year drug sentence in Abilene.

Stephanie Henderson's disappearance is still an open case.

Ricky Henderson's murder charge is for the death of 20-year-old Jeannie Quinn in Abilene. Her body was found hanging from a tree, in what investigators called a staged suicide.

Hockley County District Attorney Angela Overman calls Henderson a continuing threat to society.
