A cloudy start to a cold week - FOX34 Lubbock

A cloudy start to a cold week

Posted: Updated:

Expect increasing clouds with another "mild" night, as some places may not even dip below the 50s. Ironically, they may not rise above the 50s on Monday either thanks to a cold front expected to pass through. We're looking at a little moisture to also make its way south of Lubbock which will bring a few spotty showers. If this moisture stays in place as the temperature drops slightly below freezing, we could be looking at the risk of freezing rain in a few areas.

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds, low of 48°, W wind 15mph.

MONDAY: Mostly cloudy, some spotty showers south of Lubbock, high of 58°, W wind 10-15mph.

Skies will eventually clear later on Tuesday, and we'll be left with a sunny and cool week ahead.
