Sedentary slump: the risks of an inactive lifestyle

A sedentary lifestyle affects a lot more than just what you see in the mirror. When you don't exercise for long periods of time, it can affect all the vital systems in your body. Your heart health takes a turn for the worse, putting you at risk for high blood pressure and cholesterol. Fat starts storing around your midsection and your bones will start to lose their strength and density over the years. Your mental health could also be in danger. For more information: click here.

Keep your anti-virus software up to date, it can often detect non-secure websites and pop-up phishing scams. Use your credit card so if any shady charges turn up later, you can dispute them.
