Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

The Sounds of West Texas Concert Series will be presenting the annual “Home For the Holidays” show. This show will have songs about love, family, home, Christmas, as well as gospel, and All kinds of styles and kinds of music such as country, pop, pop nostalgia, soft rock and folk, that will leave the audience feeling hopeful, happy and inspired. This is a great show for the whole family (including out of town guests who are visiting for Thanksgiving.) This show starts at a different time than most Cactus shows – kicking off officially at 7:00 pm. The doors will open at 6:00 pm.

Featured performers will be: Larry Allen, Jerry Brownlow, Steve Burrus, Leah Bynum, Megan Bynum, Danny Dukatnik, Jimmy Henderson, Mike Huffman, Donnetta Lippe, Donnie Martin, Spencer Morgan, Johnny Richardson, Kaci Sallee, Riley Solberg, Betty Smith, Keith Smith, Mark Wallney, Terry Westbrook, Steve Williams – and more performers could make surprise appearances. Emcee for the evening will be Billy Don Hampton. The audience will hear some of the best musicians and singers in the Lubbock area and will truly enjoy their performances!
