Relatives of the victims killed in the mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso this past August are filing a lawsuit against the retail giant.
Mexico's foreign relations department announced this week it'll be helping the 10 Mexican plaintiffs against Walmart.
According to the department's website, they wish to hold the store chain responsible for not taking reasonable and necessary measures to protect its customers.
Eight Mexicans were killed and another eight were injured during the shooting. The El Paso Walmart re-opened last week, roughly three months after the massacre.
