HOCKLEY COUNTY, Texas -

The Hockley County grand jury indicted a man for selling marijuana and THC to a child.

Ricky Don Henderson faces charges of delivering the drugs to a minor back in 2016. He was arrested back in December for violating his parole.

Henderson was a person of interest in the murder of 20-year-old, Jeannie Quinn, and the disappearance of his wife, Stephanie Henderson.

Stephanie Henderson went missing back in 1993 out of Levelland. Investigators report Ricky told them she had left with friends from Hobbs. She has not been seen since.

Investigators found Jeannie Quinn's body hanging from a tree. Hard wire was twisted around her neck, the medical examiner calling it a staged hanging, and reports she died of asphyxiation.

Quinn's family is offering a reward for information that can help solve her case. In May, DPS increased the reward for any information leading to Henderson's arrest.
