LUBBOCK, Texas -

More than a year after their arrest, four defendants have been indicted on the initial charges they were arrested for.

Treveon Tyler, Deangillo Hill, Sabastian Mitchell and Malachi Peppers were all indicted for aggravated assault Tuesday.

In June 2018, the four were arrested on that charge accused of shooting and wounding a 16-year-old girl near 37th and Ave. U.

Later that month they were indicted for organized crime, accused of conspiring to commit the drive-by. Now they've been indicted for the attack itself.

According to police, an ongoing feud stemming from the arrest of Peppers' younger brother led to the shooting.
