Spiced Pear & Yogurt Breakfast
· 2 pears, halved and cored
· Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
· 1 container (8 oz.) Noosa Honey Yogurt
· Optional toppings: granola, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, raw honey
1. Place pears on a microwave safe plate. Dust with pumpkin pie spice.
2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until pears are soft.
3. Top each half with 2 tablespoons yogurt. Sprinkle with granola, coconut, walnuts and/or a light drizzle of honey.
4. Serve immediately.
