Foggy and cool

Foggy and cool

Posted: Updated:

A *Dense Fog Advisory* is in effect until 11 a.m. across the area for the counties in gray in the photo.

A few drizzles may be possible this morning, otherwise expect the fog to burn off and we'll be left with partly cloudy skies. Rain shouldn't be a problem with high school football tonight, but after midnight, some isolated showers and thunderstorms may be possible.

TODAY: High of 76°, morning fog, partly cloudy with SE winds 5-10mph.

TONIGHT: Some isolated showers and thunderstorms and partly cloudy skies. Low of 62°, SSE wind 5-10mph.

We'll be back into the 80s on Saturday, then another cold front moves through late Sunday. This will bring a few isolated showers, but then knock our temperatures back into the 70s. In fact, we may struggle to reach the 70s Monday afternoon. Even earlier Monday, we may dip into the 40s for the first time since May 19th.
