Warmer this weekend

Triple E Deaths

11 people have died this year in the worst outbreak of a mosquito-borne illness called Triple E or Eastern Equine Encephalitis. Scientists are working to figure out why the disease is spiking and what we can do about it. We'll have a closer look in FOX34 Your Health at 5:20 and 7:15 this morning.

Jury finds Reagor owes $53.7 million to Ford Credit

This is only one part of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group saga, specifically the civil lawsuit Ford Credit filed. After an hour of deliberations, a jury has ordered Bart Reagor to pay $53,759,450.96 to Ford Motor Credit Company for violating dealership agreements.

Meanwhile, in Vista Bank's lawsuit filed against Bart Reagor, the bank filed documents responding to Reagor's counterclaims. There is a hearing in this case at 9 a.m.

Keep in mind the above lawsuits are civil actions, separate from the Auto Group's proceedings in bankruptcy court and separate from criminal charges that three people have pleaded to.

It came down to a missed field goal at the end of the game in Seattle. The Seahawks defeated the Rams 30-29.
