LUBBOCK, Texas -

U.S. Senior District Judge Sam Cummings has issued a gag order against Bart Reagor and any public relations firms working for or on behalf of Reagor. This is in the Ford Motor Credit v. Bart Reagor and Rick Dykes lawsuit, which is in its second day of trial Thursday. Jurors are asked to determine how much Reagor personally owes to Ford Credit.

On Wednesday Wayne Dolcefino of the media consulting firm Dolcefino Consulting spoke to reporters outside the courthouse, explaining Reagor had no knowledge of fraud in his company.

"I think Bart Reagor is the guy who was betrayed the most in this deal because Bart Reagor had people he trusted doing this financial stuff," Dolcefino said Wednesday. "That wasn't Bart Reagor's thing. Bart Reagor was the guy you saw in TV commercials. Bart Reagor was the guy that was doing all of the charity stuff. The financial people that he had and trusted, who came from Ford Motor Credit in fact, turned out to be thieves and liars."

Hours later, the order was issued stating Reagor "either directly or indirectly, shall not make any statements in the public about the case during the pendency of this trial".

Attorneys earlier stated they believe the trial would wrap by late Thursday.
