The South Plains Fair opens Thursday, September 19 and runs through Thursday, September 26. There are premium rides, a children's petting barnyard, food and refreshments, exhibits, and commercial vendors. 

There are special days during fair week:

Thursday, September 19th from 6pm-11pm: Buck-A-Ride Night All rides $1 a piece.  A sheet of 10 Tickets for $10 will be sold ($10 minimum purchase)

Sunday, September 22ndFamily Day: Kids 17 and under admitted free before 9pm

Tuesday, September 24thSenior Citizen’s Day: Persons 60 years of age or older get in the gate for $5.

$2 Tuesday: Sheets of 10 Tickets for $10 will be sold and each ride is $2 a piece ($10 minimum purchase)

Thursday, September 26th: Wristband Day: $40 Wristband to ride unlimited rides from 3pm-11pm

Fair Admission Prices:

Adults, 13 and over: $10.00
Youth, ages 2 – 12: $5.00
Kids, ages 1 and under: Free
Parking: $5.00 per car

Fair Hours of Operation:

Sunday – Thursday: 8am – 11pm
Fridays: 8am – Midnight
Saturdays: 8am – Midnight

Carnival Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday: 3pm – 11pm
Fridays: 3pm – Midnight
Saturdays: 11am – Midnight
Sunday: 11am – 11pm
