One person dead after crash in Terry County

One person is dead, another with serious injures, after a crash Tuesday afternoon in Terry County. 

The Texas Department of Public Safety reports two pickup trucks towing trailers approached the intersection of FM 303 and FM 2196. 

A Ford pickup failed to yield the right of way and collided with a Toyota pickup, according to DPS. The driver of the Toyota, Emmett Mills, 80, of Denver City, was ejected during the crash and died on scene. 

The driver of the Ford, Guillermo Osornia, 26, of Levelland, was taken to Covenant Medical Center in Levelland with serious injuries.
