Man indicted for making threats to blow up East Lubbock building

LUBBOCK, Texas -

The Lubbock grand jury indicted a man accused of making threats to blow up a building in East Lubbock. 

A victim told police suspect Keith Kalka, 52, threatened to blow up the Texas Health and Human Services Office and the buildings around it. 

Police report Kalka left then repeated the threats while driving around the parking lot. 

Kalka's charged with terroristic threat and is held on a $5,000 bond.
