Another morning with some isolated showers in the area. Current radar below...
TODAY: This activity again will diminish through the morning with more sunshine this afternoon. Temperatures will be hot again with highs in the upper 90s low 100s. Some isolated storms can't be ruled out with better chances near the TX/NM border and in our northern counties.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear with lows staying mild in the 70s.
WEEKEND: More sunshine with more highs reaching the triple digit temperatures. Again some pop up storms can't be ruled out, but most of us will stay dry.
NEXT WEEK: The ridge of high pressure over our area move east and weakens some. This will allow a weak front to move in the area later Tuesday dropping highs in the mid 90s by Wednesday. This also might bring a little better chance for some isolated storms in our area.
Have a great Friday and stay cool in this heat. Robert with the latest updated forecast tonight on the News at Nine.
