More heat, but not as not next week with perhaps some showers

Expect more temperatures near 100° for most of the area not only Friday, but through the weekend. Because it's so hot and humid, it's not impossible to see a stray shower this evening and Friday as well.

TONIGHT: °.  Mostly clear with a stray shower possible, a low of 76°, and S winds 5-10mph.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with a high of 99°, a stray shower possible, with SSE wind 5-15mph.

It actually looks like we may almost see relief next week as temperatures are still above average by Wednesday, but at least "less" hot. A better chance of a shower or thunderstorm may also come by Tuesday or Wednesday.
