Several indictments handed down related to recent shootings

LUBBOCK, Texas -

Two suspects were indicted in the shooting death of a man during a home invasion last month.

Ivan Fierro is charged with murder in Robert Dendy's death. Matthew Wolfe is indicted on drug charges related to the death.

Investigators say two others charged in this case, Kyi Baker and a 14-year-old boy, were trying to break into a home near Auburn and North Toledo. Detectives report the pair tried to steal a safe with drugs, money and an AR-15 inside.

Dendy confronted them in the alley with his gun. Police say the 14-year-old shot Dendy in the chest.

Investigators have not specified how Fierro or Wolfe were involved.

Indictment in girlfriend's death

Detren Ward, 17, is charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of his girlfriend, Maria Cervantes, 19.

Investigators say Ward attacked her in their home near 58th Street and Avenue P. He is held on a $30,000 bond.

Indictments in pair of related shootings

Grand jurors indicted four people for a couple of shootings that were related last month. One victim died, several others were seriously hurt.

Tyson Isaac and Jakiyre Linzey face aggravated assault charges. They are accused of a shooting off Parkway Drive and Zenith Avenue.

Jaquan Johnson was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, Devonte Jones and Tavion Dickson are charged with aggravated assault in connection to a second attack near North Elder and East Colgate.

Someone fired at a car with several men inside, killing Antoine Wilson.

Investigators report these shootings were the result of an ongoing feud between several groups.
