It's reached the upper 90s to lower 100s across our area today, the triple digits mainly east, off of the Caprock. With upper-level high pressure centered over our region, it'll be really hot again tomorrow.
TONIGHT: Low near 72, mostly clear, wind SW 5-12mph.
TOMORROW: High near 101, sunny. Wind SW/S 5-15mph.
NEXT FEW DAYS: The wind will shift out of the NE Saturday and it won't be quite so hot. Mid 90s on Saturday, then the high will likely stay in the upper 80s Sunday.
There is a slight chance you'll get a shower or storm on the South Plains late Saturday.
After that, it's a return to sunny and hot weather, with a gradual climb on the temperature through next week.
Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have a full update to the forecast here early tomorrow.
