A Lubbock man pleaded guilty to creating and distributing child pornography Friday, according to court documents.

John Gabriel Trevino, 33, also known as Gabriel Stone, was indicted by a federal grand jury back in February on three counts of production of child pornography, enticement of a minor and possession of child pornography.

According to court documents, Trevino "did use, persuade, induce and entice" a person under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct in March 2018.

Since this wasn't part of a deal with federal prosecutors, Trevino must still be sentenced by a federal judge. That hearing date has not been scheduled.
