Another hot one for today with the high near 93. We have some clouds in place this morning but these will diminish with a lot of sunshine. Southerly wind will stay light 5-15mph.
TONIGHT: Low mild again near 67 with a mostly clear sky.
WEEKEND: Temperatures will continue to warm a few more degrees with lots of sunshine. An isolated shower or storm can't be ruled out with moisture still in place.
NEXT WEEK: Approaching Independence Day temperatures will drop some with highs in the low 90s. The ridge of high pressure will move a little further west and weaken some. This might allow some late storms to push into the area from New Mexico.
Have a great Friday and weekend! Matt with the latest updated forecast tonight on the News at Nine.
