LUBBOCK, Texas -

11 different cities surrounding Lubbock will use an aerial spray method to deal with the growing mosquito problem.

Wolfforth City Manager Darrell Newsom said spraying has been rescheduled due to technical issues. Community leaders were hoping to spray all 11 cities by July 4, but has been postponed and will be sprayed at a later date.

Cities that will be sprayed include: Ransom Canyon, Post, Guthrie, Crosbyton, Ralls, Idalou, Wolfforth, Smyer, Whiteface, Morton and Anton.
