Man accused of robbing AimBank in Wolfforth indicted

WOLFFORTH, Texas -

The man accused of robbing the AimBank in Wolfforth has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Investigators say on June 7, Eric Warren, 48, hit the bank across from the Frenship football field. 

Lubbock County Sheriff's Deputies report he was armed, but haven't specified what he was using or how much money was taken. 

Warren was located by members of LSO and LPD at the Gene Messer Dealership near 19th Street and the West Loop. Police caught him across the street behind Wayland Plaza. 

No one was injured during the incident. 

Warren is held on a $75,000 bond.
