TODAY: A very nice afternoon with lots of sunshine and a light south/southwest wind 5-15mph. Highs across the area will be near average in the lower 80s.
TONIGHT: Clear and a little warmer, low near 57.
EXTENDED: Ridge of high pressure will continue pushing across much of the US. This will bring warmer temperatures and a lower chance for any precipitation. Our next storm system will start to bring the west coast some heavy rain later in the week. This will push a cold front into our area with a dry line in place, to bring possible severe storms later Friday. One thing models are agreeing on with this system is much stronger wind starting Friday and through the weekend.
Enjoy today! Matt with the next updated forecast tonight on the News at Nine. -Bobby
