Warmer Sunday, cold for New Year's Eve

An area of high pressure pushes off farther east, and that will shift our winds into Sunday, bringing in some slightly warmer air. As soon as that happens though, expect another cold front to move through, bringing the frigid air back just in time for New Year's Eve.

TONIGHT: Cold with lows near 20° and some clouds. Wind chill temperatures will be in the low teens with ESE winds near 5mph.

SUNDAY: Slightly warmer with highs near 42° and partly cloudy skies. SW winds 5-15mph.

As the other front pushes through, it doesn't look like it will bring any rain or snow. A few clouds are possible, but we'll end the week sunny with much warmer temperatures.
