"There is a saying that I have heard the deed is all not the glory and most all of our folks, they just love doing this job it is the intrinsic reward system, they just love doing this job, they just love making a difference , saving a life, solving an old homicide, doing day in and day out good work," Chief Greg Stevens said.

Chief Steven said the best part of his job is recognizing the extraordinary work the department does and too often it goes unnoticed.
