Mostly cloudy through Tuesday, no major changes upcoming

LUBBOCK, Texas -

THIS AFTERNOON: We've got a lot of clouds but not much rain. There have been a few sprinkles around the area, but that's about it. The clouds have kept the temperature down in the 50s.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy, low near 36. Wind S/SW 5-10mph.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy, low chance for some light rain. High near 57. Wind SW/W 6-12mph.

NEXT FEW DAYS: We'll see more sun Wednesday, high back in the 60s. A gusty north wind Thursday will make it a little bit cooler, high in the mid 50s.

The weather pattern stays pretty quiet through the weekend into early next week. It should turn a little cooler for Christmas. At this point it doesn't look like we'll have a white Christmas.

We may get some rain by the latter part of next week, but that's pretty far out in the computer guidance.

7-day forecast

Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have a full update to the forecast here early tomorrow.
