A colder start to the week - FOX34 Lubbock

A colder start to the week

This morning was considerably colder, and we're going to stay that way for most of the week. We'll start off with a bit of sunshine, but some more clouds are expected to move in midweek.

TONIGHT: A stray shower possible, potentially a stray opportunity for wintry weather well toward the north of Lubbock; closer to Amarillo. Low near 30° with S wind 5-10mph.

MONDAY: A few clouds in the morning, with more sunshine later. Highs near 43°. NE wind 5-10mph.

Another system next weekend looks fairly interesting. This one could actually provide a chance for wintry weather across the Lubbock area. However, temperatures seem fairly warm so if something were to fall, it would melt fairly quickly. Granted, all of this is quite a few days out so we will see how the forecast changes as we approach the weekend.
