This weekend snow will be moving from the Rockies into the Central Plains, with some travel concerns up that way. The map below shows where more significant wintry precip is expected, in pink. These are winter storm warnings. Lesser amounts that could still cause travel problems are highlighted in gray, winter weather advisories. Blue shows winter storm watches, where the snow is still a day or two away.
NEXT FRONT: A cold front will move across our area late Saturday/early Sunday. It'll be a dry one with more wind. On Sunday wind N 20-30mph, some higher gusts. High temp near 52.
NEXT WEEK: We'll stay in a dry, sunny pattern next week, 50s to begin with 60s mid-week.
Have a great rest of your day. Guns Up for Tech tomorrow. Robert will have your full forecast update next tomorrow afternoon.
