1. In large pot, bring broth, vegetables, parsley, and garlic to a boil; lower heat to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. While the broth and vegetables cook, stir the stuffing, flour, and eggs together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
3. To the pot, carefully stir in the turkey and Ranch dressing.
4. With the soup mixture over medium heat; slowly add the dumpling mixture to the soup, one large spoonful at a time until all the dumplings are in the pot. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the dumplings are done. Serve!
